Install.
Upon the arrival of your new equipment, we will promptly get in touch with you to confirm the installation date and time. We kindly request your presence on-site throughout the entire installation process, as access to areas such as the breaker box, attic, and other locations may be necessary. Following the successful installation and your verification that all equipment meets your satisfaction, the remaining amount due on your invoice will be payable. At this point, your new system will be seamlessly brought online. Rest assured, our installations are backed by a warranty period of up to one year, providing you with added confidence and peace of mind.
Training.
Our commitment extends beyond the installation phase because we understand that adapting to new technology involves a learning curve. Before our technicians conclude their visit to your home, they ensure that you receive comprehensive training on all software related to the installation, as well as information on any associated hardware.
